I was born in Tirana, Albania, and grew up in a modest family where financial challenges were part of daily life. Even as a child, I knew I wanted more—for myself and for others around me. My dream was simple yet ambitious: to secure a tech job that would fund my university education and unlock opportunities I’d only read about.
Today
I work with enterprise customers across industries, helping them grow and innovate. Beyond my professional role, I remain deeply committed to my mission: proving that talent knows no boundaries and empowering others to turn their dreams into reality.

I’m so glad you’re here. Allow me to share a bit of my journey that has shaped who I am today and the values I bring to my work.
Early on
I discovered the power of determination. Without access to resources or privilege, I learned to carve my own path. Later on i moved to Italy, I found my first job in the cloud industry and began to immerse myself in the world of tech meetups. These gatherings became my gateway to community building—a chance to connect with like-minded individuals and inspire others through shared knowledge.
Motivated by the impact these connections had on me, I started something I had never imagined I could achieve: the Albania’s first tech community. What began as a small group grew into a movement of over 1000 members. Along the way, I mentored over 100 students, and women, helping them secure their first tech jobs and create brighter futures.
Building Momentum
As my career progressed, I embraced diverse opportunities and challenges, covering roles across engineering and leading a team of architects. Each position expanded my perspective, refined my skills, and deepened my commitment to driving innovation and empowering those around me.
But my journey didn’t stop there. My passion for empowering others led me to the global stage, where I shared my story at conferences around the world. I became the first woman from EMEA to be recognized as an AWS APN Ambassador, followed by the honor of being named an AWS Hero. Achieving my dream of joining AWS was not just a milestone for me—it was a testament to the power of persistence and community.
